Take a Journey from the Start!

F3 Solutions Formed

Spearheaded by a desire to bring quality services to USG and Private Industry, Parrish Swearingen and Joe Jahnke set forth on a venture that would touch many lives!

F3 Logistics Formed

On the heels of the Holiday Season, Parrish and Joe realized they needed a company that was fully geared towards logistics services. Thus F3L was born!

GSA Award

After many months of tireless effort, F3 Solutions was awarded a GSA contract under the Multiple Award Schedule (MAS).

F3 Patriot Formed

With the help of friend, veteran, and former VP of Business Development, John White, F3 Patriot was formed as the SDVOSB wing of the F3 Family!

ISO 9001:2015 Certification

F3 invested time and resources into ensuring our practices and procedures are effective, resulting in an ISO 900:2015 Certified Quality Management System.

WOSB Certification

F3 was officially certified by the SBA as a Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB).

Parrish Swearingen, President

Mrs. Parrish Swearingen is the President and Owner of F3. Core competencies include Environmental Engineering, Energy Management, Logistics, Quality Management and Information Technology. Mrs. Swearingen has over 30 years of experience in Senior Program Management and Quality Management, 13 years of which was spent as an USAF civilian.

Education: Masters in Logistics
Other Certifications: Certified PMP Facilitator and ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Auditor/Instructor

Joe Jahnke, Sr. Vice President

As the Senior Vice President and Co-owner of F3, Mr. Joseph Jahnke has over 30 years of Senior Program Manager experience in the Engineering, science, and information technology business sector.

Education: B.S., Geology, B.S., Geography/Minor: Geology, Masters Level Coarse work – Leadership
Other Certifications: Registered Professional Geologist: GA 001974, WI890, and MN30385; and HAZWOPER Certified.
